Position Title: Sr. Segment Marketing Manager, Livestock & Animal Protein
Position Summary
The Sr. Segment Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to contribute to Ever.Ag’s revenue growth in our fast-growing Livestock and Animal Protein business unit. This position will be involved at every touchpoint, building brand awareness and developing demand to contribute to our financial goals. The Sr. Segment Marketing Manager will work collectively with sales, operations, business stakeholders, and our marketing center of excellence helping to drive agriculture industry strategies for lead generation, product education, event management and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and drive the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Livestock & Animal Protein business unit.
- Lead the creation and management of detailed marketing and project calendars, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Oversee and optimize campaigns and work schedules for assigned business units, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Strategically schedule, monitor, and evaluate marketing projects and campaigns in line with best practices.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across Ever.Ag, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- Ensure the flawless execution and timely delivery of all marketing projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Develop precise project timelines and ensure meticulous adherence, driving projects to successful completion with exceptional accuracy.
- Ensure that the team’s marketing project goals are understood and all the required communication tools identified to achieve those goals.
- Deeply understand the company’s products and client base, crafting marketing projects and campaigns that resonate with the company’s vision and culture.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, providing strategic oversight and guidance to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Align all marketing assets with the overarching business strategy, maintaining a competitive edge and driving market leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of project management, segment marketing, or relevant experience
- Agriculture (preferably in Livestock and/or Animal Protein) industry experience REQUIRED
- Strong project management skills REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools
- Well-versed in using social media strategies to attract customers/prospects
- Experience in Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.com preferred
- Experience in a project management tool like Asana or CoSchedule preferred
