Position Summary 

The Delivery and Implementation Lead will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of our products and services to dairy manufacturing clients. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the delivery and implementation of projects from initiation to completion. 

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success. 

  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress. 

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Mentor and guide junior team members.  

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a delivery or implementation role. 

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). 

  • Agriculture background or experience preferred. 

  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

  • Dairy and/or manufacturing background – understanding of key production activities related to dairy. 

  • Results orientation – Ability to understand customer needs; ability to transform support issues into prompt, satisfactory resolutions for the end-user 

  • Collaborate – Work with technical resources, sales team, and customers, to ensure that EverAg products are successfully delivered, and customers can use our tools to the outlined scope and expectations 

  • Soft skills – Ability to communicate with diverse groups and influence change throughout organization
