THE TEAM

The GTM Business Systems Team is responsible for providing thoughtful solutions to solve our stakeholders' challenges.  We are passionate about GTM tools and align ourselves as the trusted-advisor to our business as it relates to the GTM Tech Stack.  Our focus goes beyond the day-to-day support of user requests and platform management and reaches into being proactive in thought leaders in which tools Eventbrite should leverage and how they should be leveraged to support our GTM.

THE ROLE

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Administrator. The Senior Salesforce Administrator, reporting to our Salesforce Manager, will be responsible for designing, building and managing objects in Salesforce and integrating 3rd party applications within the Salesforce platform to support business requirements and drive key business decisions. They will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the Salesforce platform, data management and system maintenance using best practices through standard configuration. This role will also be responsible for helping to improve our tech stack.

You Will:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Platform support/management of other applications that integrate with Salesforce or support the GTM Teams (Hubspot, GEnesys, Groove, etc.)
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder business processes and how those processes leverage the applications supported by the GTM BizSystem Team
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Manage integrations with third party tools and applications to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity with Salesforce (ex:  Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Ambition, Groove)
  • Design a data management strategy to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Proactively analyze system gaps, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, data cleanliness and reporting measures.
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with advanced Salesforce features and bring back to the business so as to drive continuous improvements.
  • New user and ongoing user training including the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

  • Non-standard work hours during evenings and/or weekends as needed

The Skill Set:

  • 7+ years of experience with database application development and/or administration required
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and +5 years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Services Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with supporting other GTM Tools (HubSpot, Groove, Conga, Docusign, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Lightning interface and Flow automations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to explain technical solutions in nontechnical language
  • Understanding of business analysis and the ability to document processes and technical functionality
  • A strong customer service mindset and desire to help solve problems
  • Familiarity with with Agile methodologies
  • Experience working asynchronously and with global teams

  • Additional Salesforce certifications a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
