Even Financial is seeking a talented Email Manager to join its fast-growing team and help take the company to new heights. As a part of the Marketing & Creative Services team, you'll work closely with your teammates - as well with teams across the company in Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Account Management and Strategy - to drive email campaigns / products and services focused on ROI and commercial success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote company and partner products and services - manage and scale existing company email programs
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
  • Ensuring the email program aligns with strategies and tactics across the company and all channels: web, mobile, social, search engine marketing, retargeting, etc
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns
  • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
  • Develop innovative initiatives based on research, analysis, and knowledge of the space
  • Analyze and develop expertise in the market dynamics of the products and services categories by identifying internal and external sources of market knowledge (research companies, internal database, internet, personal networking)

 

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of professional experience in a marketing field with the proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing results
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/M, and / or web analytics
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation
  • Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
  • A proven track record of increasing company revenue and awareness through well-executed email efforts
  • Motivated and creative, with the ability to self-manage and have strong influencing and interpersonal / communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment delivering projects on time and under budget
  • Prior products and services launch experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Pluses

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering, business, or publishing
  • Previous experience in FinTech / Financial Products and Services and / or working in a digital media agency
  • Superb knowledge of FinTech, a general passion for the Tech and Finance industries, its trends, technologies, and direction
  • Previous experience developing / working with proprietary / internal tools and tech
