To fuel our continued growth, we're looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role will require in-person attendance in our NYC, Midtown office, 2 to 3 times a week.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in our MarTech stack: You'll oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of our marketing automation platform, CRM, and other marketing technologies.
Streamline campaign execution: Develop and manage efficient workflows for campaign creation, execution, and measurement across all marketing channels.
Drive data-driven decision-making: You'll be responsible for marketing data analysis, reporting, and creating insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
Embrace marketing automation: Identify opportunities to automate marketing tasks and processes to improve efficiency and free up team bandwidth.
Be a champion of best practices: Develop and implement marketing operations best practices that ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
Manage marketing budgets: Work collaboratively with marketing leadership to develop and manage marketing budgets.
Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and recommend new marketing technologies and tools to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with customer success, sales, and product to ensure seamless campaign execution and data flow.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices
Strong understanding and work experience with Google Slides.
Experience with marketing technology platforms specifically Canva, Hubspot, and Mailchimp.
Proven ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with marketing budgeting a plus
