  • Management, optimisation and upkeep of EU, DE and UK websites
  • Supporting with US website management and upkeep
  • Responsible for managing Recharge and the subscription offering
  • Responsible for referrals in EU, DE and UK
  • Ownership of Agile Artifacts and prioritisation of the backlog
  • Writing user stories and tickets for new features
  • Consult on promotions and campaigns (e.g. what is technical feasible)
  • Execution of product launches, phase outs and updates in all markets
  • Troubleshooting website errors in all markets
  • Consulting with external partners (e.g. developer/UX contractors) on key projects
  • Reporting on ecommerce metrics to cross-functional partners
  • Ownership of CRO roadmap for EU, DE and UK websites
  • Management of tech budget



  • You have experience managing a DTC Ecom platform
  • You have proven experience of building successful website strategies
  • Must haves:
    • Experience working in Agile
    • Jira, Shopify, Recharge, Figma and/or Adobe Suite
    • Experience working with cross functional teams
    • Experience working with and writing tickets for developers
    • Experience of QA 
    • Doing due diligence for the implementation of new tech tools
    • Google Optimize/optimisation tool
  • Nice to have:
    • Asana, Klaviyo
    • Managing tech budget
    • Experience of subscription e-commerce
