RESPONSIBILITY

  • Coordinate and monitor production
  • Production Planning
  • ​​Communicate with suppliers and keep track of deliveries
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and records
  • Evaluate and report KPIs
  • improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
  • develop new and existing relationships with suppliers
  • manage and minimise the risks that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
  • Work cross-functional with other departments
  •  Project participation

Requirements:

  • + 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply chain processes
  • Solid analytical and planning skills
  •  Attention to detail and creative problem solving
  • Structured, independent and motivated
  • Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal team members as well as external partners
  • Fluent German and Advanced English skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft office tools
  • Experienced with ERP systems
  • Willing to learn and grow in a young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
