Your Super is looking for a General Manager, EU (f/m/d) with a strong background in sales/revenue optimization. You will be charged with leading a best-in-class E-Commerce team, optimizing our digital marketing spend, developing and overseeing site improvements that drive conversion, and providing an exceptional digital customer experience. This position reports to the CEO.

  • Own budget planning and forecasting of new customer growth across all EU channels while leading a team of growth marketers 
  • Own the P&L for the Ecommerce/retail business and deliver on top line revenue and operating income.
  • Drives the strategy for a high growth P&L by developing short- and long-term growth plans and financial budgets to determine and meet business goals for the EU and execute the annual E-Commerce plan in line with enterprise planning process.
  • Leads digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention by managing multi-million-dollar advertising budget and optimizing spend across key acquisition channels, (including paid & organic), offline, marketing partnerships, CRM/email marketing and PR.
  • Monetizes traffic and improves site conversion metrics by driving tactical and technology roadmap to increase omnichannel visitors, conversion rate, basket size, and margin..
  • Focuses on constantly improving the customer experience at every stage of the customer journey;Partner cross functionally with operations, merchandising, and customer service to deliver on customer expectations.
  • Works closely with all functions, including Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, UX, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations.
  • Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives and communicating  to executives and other key stakeholders the strategy for driving the E-Commerce business.


  • 10+ years of experience in sales/revenue optimization building and scaling a growing a global ecommerce business
  • Entrepreneurial drive and analytical mindset capable of slicing and dicing data
  • Experience with scaling a team from 30 to 100+ employees
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify/address problems and meet deadlines
  • Able to define an effective process, workflow, and systems design; and capable of developing measurable metrics to track progress
  • A natural leader who has demonstrated success building, leading and inspiring high performing teams
