About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Growth Lead to join our team in Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and growth activities, including performance marketing, creative production, e-commerce and brand media coordination. This person should be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of leading a team and managing processes. What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of growth marketing professionals and creatives to drive growth and achieve key performance metrics
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that includes creative production, performance marketing, e-commerce and brand media coordination
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our patients
- Analyse market and patient trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise resources to achieve growth objectives
- Manage the budget and optimise spending across all marketing channels to achieve a healthy P&L
- Collaborate with our Australian and other teams to develop and implement growth strategies that align with our company-wide objectives, including working directly with C-level Executives
- Work with the EU senior leadership to set and manage quarterly OKRs to achieve business objectives and track performance metrics
About You (Skills and Experiences)
- 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in B2C consumer brands or healthcare.
- Familiarity with German consumer markets, knowledge of healthcare systems would be a plus
- Confidence in reviewing creative communications, and an understanding of copywriting, video and graphic production
- Bilingual: Communicate fluently in German and English (bonus - if you’re proficient in other European languages)
- Skilled problem solver: Robust analytical capabilities & attention to detail, with the ability to synthesise findings, draw insights to inform growth strategies
- Manage many things at once: Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects end to end and deliver growth results within a highly ambiguous environment. Along with managing your own team of direct reports.
- Patient-first: Possesses an entrepreneurial and ‘patient-first’ mindset, highly driven to reach the best clinical and experience outcomes for our patients
- Team player: We’re still a small team and there will be blurred lines between roles. We will all need to pitch in to get the job done. This includes motivating the team, prioritising what will move the needle and being ready to help others, regardless of task or team.
