  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise our go-to-market strategy, identifying target audiences, value propositions, key messaging, and optimal marketing channels.
  • Work in tandem with the in-house sales team to enhance conversion rates.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach, analyzing overall unit economics, acquisition metrics, product performance, and sales funnel metrics. Utilize data insights to refine product funnels, sales approaches, and marketing strategies to achieve product-market fit.
  • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team through influence. Foster an environment of high trust, seamless collaboration, and peak performance among team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager in a high-growth technology company, developing products that engage millions of consumers. At least 4 years of experience as a direct-to-consumer PM, including 2+ years in building, launching, and scaling zero-to-one products. 3+ years of high-quality startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data, customer insights, user psychology, and first principles thinking to generate hypotheses, design experiments, test, and refine ideas. Strong UX and design sensibilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Track record of not only building products but also successfully bringing them to market. Understanding of both paid and organic customer acquisition strategies, with experience collaborating closely with marketing teams.
  • Experience in optimizing conversion rates and ARPU within digital and sales funnels.
  • Strong analytical orientation with a focus on logical, data-driven decision-making and the ability to measure success effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders in marketing, compliance, design, analytics, engineering, and sales, leading by influence towards a unified vision.
  • Unyielding drive to set and pursue ambitious goals, prioritize effectively, overcome obstacles, and execute efficiently.
  • Exceptional ownership mindset, capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
