Senior Design for Test Architect (title based on experience) 

 

Location

Fully remote from anywhere in Canada.

 

As a Senior DFT Architect, you will be responsible for all aspects of DFT including requirements, architecture, insertion, analysis, timing constraints, coverage, bring-up, and RDMA root cause. You will drive solutions that meet stringent automotive test coverage targets, quality, functional safety, and debug capabilities.

 

Key Qualifications

  • BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of DFT experience
  • Proven track record with the development of complex SoCs
  • Strong understanding of design-for-test fundamentals and methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog and simulation tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team

 

Additional Success Factors

Experience in any of the following areas:

  • Mixed signal designs
  • Burn-in HTOL
  • Hierarchical DFT
  • Scripting
