We are looking for a team-minded and service-orientated CRNA to join our group at Foundation Surgical Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Home to the Alamo and San Antonio River walk – this city offers a variety of restaurants, diverse culture and less than a 3-hour drive to the TX coastline.
FSH services a case mix of Urology, Spine, Plastics, Ortho, Gen Surgery and Bariatrics. Daily staffing consists of 1 MD and 5 CRNAS. CRNAs have the ability to work at the top of their license, performing their own blocks if they desire to do so.
NO call, weekends, or nights. Compensation is dependent on schedule - we are looking for someone to be the late person 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-Fr. $375,000 1099 with reasonable vacation buy-back. Our other roles are $300,000 1099 + $20,000 sign-on bonus with reasonable vacation buy-back and will be eligible for additional compensation of $150/hr for any hours worked past 8 hrs/day.
