About the Role: 

We are seeking a talented and versatile UX and Marketing Copywriter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the narrative of our brand and enhancing our user experience. This highly collaborative role will see you crafting compelling narratives and shaping the voice of Ernesta across all customer touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Brand Development: Partner with the Brand Director, Art Director & Head of Design to develop a cohesive brand voice and tone that resonates with our target audience, informing all marketing and communications materials.
  • Concept Creation: Partner cross-functionally to translate visual concepts into written narratives, crafting captions, product descriptions, and website copy that elevates the customer experience.
  • UX: Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to support seamless and user-friendly web experiences
  • Marketing: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, from ad campaigns to social media posts.
  • Analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and translate insights into copy that resonates with their needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborates with other members of the leadership team, and other departments, to ensure high-quality content and execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications Include: 

  • Experience in crafting brand narratives, developing brand voice & tone, and writing across various digital and print channels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to write persuasive, conversion-oriented copy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The anticipated base pay for this role is between $150,000 and $170,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills. This role is also be eligible for early-stage company equity, health benefits, flexible paid time off, and more.
