Leading & Coaching: Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement agile sales strategies, leveraging data to optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Tech, Ops, Marketing, and other teams to support scaling operations.

Managing Operations: Oversee daily activities, resource allocation, and team recruiting as we expand.

Required: Holds a bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years in sales and 2+ years in a leadership role; skilled in data analysis, CRM systems, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Preferred: Holds an MBA, sales certifications, experience with AI in sales, or industry knowledge (e.g., construction).

🚜 What you need to be ready

Location: You must live in Latin America or the Caribbean (except Argentina and Jamaica)

Availability: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, covering Monday-Sunday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST/CST/EST

Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop (16GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, or M1 processor), Chrome browser, stable internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download), noise-canceling headset, power backup (250-300W UPS), and daily data access (up to 7.5GB for outages).

Compensation: Hourly rate US $11/hour + Monthly Bonus.

The bonus is based on team performance and you can be making around USD $41,000 per year (base salary + on-target bonuses).

You'll be paid weekly through Upwork (www.upwork.com), the platform we choose to hire and pay our Ergeoneers all over the world.

Bootcamp: World-class, Fully Paid, Sales Training of 6 weeks.

It includes 1-1 sessions, constant mentoring, teamwork, practical use and understanding of our technical tools, and live exercises to develop abilities.
