We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Eqvilent Finance team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Gather and analyze data for management reporting purposes
- Assist in consolidating management reports and forecasting budgets
- Drive process efficiency by automating spreadsheets
- Create engaging presentations on company performance
- Conduct research on industry peers and trends
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the team
WHAT WE ARE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in FP&A, Management reporting, Budgeting, or BI teams
- Proficiency in Excel with expertise in PowerQuery; familiarity with Google Sheets
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or other BI systems is advantageous
- Understanding of financial reporting, including CF/P&L analysis
- Strong English communication skills at a B2+ level
