We are looking for a SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER, who will help us to manage daily financial operations and improve the financial processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Improvement of business analytics to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
- Implementation of BI software
- Review of existing processes to develop recommendations for improvement efforts, communication of results to senior management
- Improvement of intra-group cash flows and funds management
- Analysis of ERP systems for implementation
- Industry peers research
WHAT WE ARE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- 5+ years’ experience in the finance department of big companies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law, economics, finance or from a business school
- Experience of working in leading algorithmic trading companies is a must
- Proactive style of leadership, desire to learn new things, attention to details
- Willingness to solve "out of the box" tasks on a weekly basis
