As we ramp up our efforts in North America, we're seeking a dynamic People Manager to steer our recruitment efforts during this exciting phase of expansion, adding to our existing team. Role type:  An initial 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent employee role for the right candidate.

 

The role

 

  • Own the full spectrum of the recruitment process for candidates, from sourcing to onboarding. Seeking talent across roles such as Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Software Developers, and QAs, managing the recruitment lifecycle with flair.
  • Work closely with our Engagement Managers and the business unit team, to curate talent pipelines that align with specific needs, ensuring a seamless fit for both our projects and culture.
  • Champion the Equal Experts culture as an ambassador, both internally and externally. Collaborate with global teams to ensure recruitment practices are consistently stellar, and support your fellow recruiters through mentoring, sharing insights, and enhancing our recruitment processes together.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making. A disciplined, data-centric approach to keep our systems accurate, taking a keen interest in metrics to aid continuous improvement.
  • Clear and timely communication style.

  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top-tier technical talent, with a knack for uncovering hidden gems on LinkedIn and beyond.
  • A seasoned recruiter who values quality over quantity, with a special talent for matching consulting roles with the perfect candidates.
  • A solid grasp of technical skills and technologies, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with candidates about their expertise.
  • An exceptional team player, with a low ego approach, who thrives in flat structures, ready to contribute to our collective success with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to embark on travel adventures, with quarterly trips to New York to connect with teams and talent.
  • A charismatic individual who enjoys meeting new people, networking and who can build rapport easily in a professional setting.
