What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to help connect content creators and their communities with the amazing experiences in Fortnite. The ideal candidate is proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus), organized, has at least 3-4 years of experience working in influencer marketing, and is generally well-versed in the world of content creators on social media platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.

In this role, you will

  • Plan & execute influencer marketing campaigns for multiple product beats per quarter, from conception all the way through execution (incl. content reviews)
  • Coordinate the global rollout of influencer marketing budgets in close collaboration with our local teams
  • Analyze the performance & impact of various paid and unpaid influencer marketing campaigns
  • Build & maintain relationships with key, English-speaking influencers across multiple content platforms
  • Build relationships with key agency partners to scale our activities

What we're looking for

  • Experienced gamer, passionate about multiple game genres
  • Well-versed in key social media platforms and the content creator ecosystems on them (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid project management skills - you know how to build and manage a roadmap with deadlines and deliverables
  • You communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) and preferably speak a second language to support our international activities
  • Ability to prioritize the high number of tasks that will always be on their plate
