What You'll Do

The Epic Games MarTech stack is composed of Data products and Activation products, plus a variety of functionalities, from analytics to experimentation. As a Product Manager in the marketing technology space, you will enhance our MarTech stack in line with our B2B and B2C business goals. You will collaborate with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Legal and Growth Marketing strategists to build and drive roadmaps, feature requirements across different marketing workflow tools and capabilities in the MarTech stack.

In this role, you will

  • Develop, execute and deliver Epic's Martech strategy. Drive product strategy from data enablement to channel activation tooling (owned and 3rd party) to maximize ROI in line with privacy and compliance requirements
  • Translate strategy into roadmaps, executable features, leading teams to deliver on time and at quality in collaboration with engineering, design, growth marketing, QA, legal and other teams
  • Maintain a deep understanding of trends in the Fortnite client and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Be the champion of B2B and B2C user data management, ensuring respect of our privacy and compliance in our growth marketing initiatives that leverage it. Help teams drive opt-ins for our marketing programs across channels to grow our addressable audiences

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management and data management, with a focus on marketing technology, customer data platforms (CDPs), and other MarTech solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience building customer data platforms (CDPs) from conception through launch and iteration. Vendor-side experience is a very strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, COPPA) and experience implementing data privacy and compliance measures within MarTech data solutions is a plus
  • Experience in developing and testing in a fast paced live services environment

This role is open to multiple locations in North America and Europe (excluding CA, NY, & WA).
