What You'll Do

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will bring together teams from across the business, and you’ll be collaborating with all of them. You’ll work across varied and dynamic activities helping to scale projects to be part of strategic relationships. You’ll facilitate discussions and planning, communicate clearly across Epic and with partners around the world, executing a diverse mixture of tasks.

In this role, you will

  • Own the outcome by coordinating your teams’ work with internal and external partners through complete cycles from introduction to delivery
  • Support delivery by partnering with team leads to ensure they have what they need to grow relationships and execute shared plans
  • Communicate expertly by providing clarity and transparency to the teams on upcoming needs and potential risks. Communicating frequently with partners and partnership leads on projects, risks, and opportunities
  • Advocate effectively by championing the needs of partners, teams, leads and individuals - working towards alignment, adequate support, and shared achievement

What we're looking for

  • 8-10 years experience working professionally in roles concerning interactive gaming, emerging technology, and/or digital media
  • 8-10 years of experience in a multidisciplinary role where you've supported cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
  • 5-8 years of experience working in customer or partner-facing roles
  • Ability to adapt direction towards self-sustaining efforts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter, approaching challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
  • Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment

This role is open to multiple locations across North America & Europe (including NYC).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

$125,898$184,650 USD
