To help achieve our vision, we are looking for an imaginative and bold Content Creator to produce and concept stories for all of our social channels and elements of our site. This person will be comfortable working across a broad spectrum of content forms such as photography, video and copy in a variety of social platforms. They should be a self-starter and eager to learn about the tattoo industry and how it translates across style, art and design. Most importantly, this person is passionate about self-expression and enabling it with the creation of inspiring and engaging content.

This role will report directly to the Director, Brand and Content Marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of Ephemeral’s content strategy across Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, website and other digital platforms.

  • Plan and produce monthly content across a diverse set of mediums, such as photography, videography and copy.

  • Interview users, employees and customers to identify unique and relevant storytelling opportunities.

  • Compile market research to present new creative initiatives and ideas in line with the tattoo industry as well as industry parallels like design, art and fashion.

  • Maintain and organize a scalable content asset system.

  • Reporting on performance of content, such as engagement and impressions.

  • Routinely identifying new trends in social channels.

  • Support influencer, partners and brand ambassador research and outreach initiatives

    Candidates must:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with a proven track record of agility.

  • 2-3 years of creating engaging and unique content in digital environments.

  • Be a self-starter, not afraid to share new ideas and take on an initiative start to finish

  • Have a keen eye for detail.

  • A strong aesthetic sense.

  • Experience in photo editing is a must, Adobe Suite.

  • Experience in videography is ideal with a knack for editing or self-teaching.

  • Possess an ability to always consider brand voice with a critical lens

  • Be scrappy! Find apps or other creative ways to edit / create quick turnaround content
