  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including detailed project plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, and action item logs.

  • Collaborate with data center operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of new capacity additions with existing infrastructure, including network topology, cooling systems, and power management.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation activities, including conducting regular risk assessments, developing risk response plans, and monitoring risk triggers.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, change control procedures, and quality assurance standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).

Financial and Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related documentation in SharePoint or other document management systems.
  • Assist in preparing project presentations and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders, including data center capacity planning and utilization reports.

Process Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and templates, promoting efficiency and consistency across data center projects.
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably in data center or technology-related projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic data center environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing project-related documentation and technical tasks.
