The Operations Support Center in Hyderabad is a critical part of Envoy Global’s infrastructure, enabling Envoy to deliver exceptional client service. As an Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless client onboarding experience and support accurate data management.
As our Operations Support Center Associate, you will be required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to Envoy’s immigration platform.
- Guide clients through the platform setup, ensuring they understand its features and functionalities.
- Accurately upload and organize client data and documents into the system, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Review client-provided documentation for completeness and accuracy, flagging discrepancies or missing information as needed.
- Proactively address and resolve onboarding-related client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during onboarding.
- Escalate unresolved issues or client feedback on platform improvements to management.
- Ensure all key dates, deadlines, and client-specific requirements are correctly entered into the system.
- Monitor onboarding progress to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and in alignment with company standards.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or data management roles.
- Familiarity with immigration processes or technology platforms is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
- A strong sense of accountability and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and process-driven environment.
