The Operations Support Center, located in Hyderabad, India is a critical component of Envoy Global's overall operational infrastructure and is essential to Envoy’s ability to provide exemplary customer service. Our Operations Support Center Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of operation tasks in support of Envoy’s account management team and affiliated law firms.

As our Operations Support Center Associate, you will be required to: 

  • Responds to assigned tasks/tickets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as needed, to resolve support center requests
  • Ensures timing expectations are set and met
  • Organizes data and reporting for clients or clients related projects for supplemental client projects
  • Reviews documentation to determine facts + information as pertains to US and Global immigration
  • Assists with the efficient and accurate entering of key dates and information into the Envoy Platform and all relevant systems
  • Responds to foreign national requests for support in using the Envoy app
  • Able to learn various systems, process and tasks
  • Identifies potential internal and client-related customer service or process issues
  • Able to appropriately escalate issues, when necessary, to ensure client satisfaction and/or SLAs are met
