Envoy Global has an opening within our charismatic and driven Finance team for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis. This position plays a crucial role in delivering financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting to Envoy Global's senior management. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. Your analysis experience in combination with your go-getter attitude and quick-learning spirit will help you shine in this role! 

As our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be required to: 

  • Lead the monthly reporting process to include variance analysis for the Company, as well as at the functional/cost center level
  • Coordinate the business forecast and annual financial plan. This will include specific responsibility for analyzing and forecasting the balance sheet, capital employed, and cash flow
  • Finance business partner for various functional leaders with an aim to assist with understanding, analyzing, and reporting actual month-end results, developing of the monthly forecast and annual budgets, and finding opportunities for cost reductions
  • Create and maintain a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs 
  • Assist in preparation for quarterly reporting deliverables for senior leadership and Board of Directors
  • Lead process initiatives to improve and automate reporting and forecasting tools
  • Assist with analysis of strategic business initiatives as well as new business opportunities, when appropriate
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and business decision support to functional leaders and senior management team

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making
  • Ability to create meaningful and actionable insights from financial data with the use of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years combined financial/accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Experience with FP&A software Datarails and Power BI a plus
