About the Role
Our Talent team is passionate about creating great experiences for employees and candidates alike. You'll act as a trusted talent partner for department leads, identifying and recruiting the best person for the job while maintaining our strong, unique, and inclusive culture. This role is critical to Envoy’s ability to scale and achieve its mission by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent.

This role is an onsite position based in our San Francisco HQ and will report to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting.
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You will
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and offers, primarily focused on business teams, including but not limited to Finance, Marketing, People Team, and Customer Success and support, with the ability to be flexible depending on business needs.
- Utilize knowledge of business needs, priorities, and external trends to recruit an ongoing pipeline of highly skilled and diverse talent.
- Design creative recruiting strategies to scale our GTM functions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and critical stakeholders; operate as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to implement/improve processes, tools, and systems to scale and support Envoy teams.
- Report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven and actionable insights.
- Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts that yield hiring outcomes for the business.
- Create seamless experiences for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build Envoy's reputation as an employer of choice.
You have
- 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting with 1 year of sourcing experience for technology companies, B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- A successful track record of talent acquisition at a rapidly growing company in a dynamic environment
- Are an exceptional communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with ease and the ability to influence and foster trust
- Are proficient with modern recruiting tools including Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Goodtime, and AI-powered platforms
- Have successfully hired across all GTM levels, from early career to senior leadership
- Understand how to use data to unblock hiring efforts
- Proven history of thinking outside the box to source and connect with diverse and difficult-to-find talent groups
- A passion for creating great candidate experience and a desire to provide a white glove interview experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess self-awareness
Compensation description
Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $111,350-$125,000 (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
