About the Role
We're on the lookout for a versatile and highly organized professional to fulfill a dual role as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff. This unique position is designed for a driven individual who excels in both administrative excellence and strategic leadership, providing comprehensive support to our executive team while playing a crucial role in the operational and strategic direction of our company. You’ll anticipate the needs of the Executive, leadership, and broader team members, helping the organization stay focused on resolving issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Envoy news, activities, and customer needs. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the impeccable business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
This is a position that requires 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our San Francisco HQ office.
You will
- Provide high-level administrative support to our executives including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential communications with discretion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with the executive team to refine and execute business strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and the efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
- Organize and oversee executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Plan and coordinate corporate events and retreats.
- Take ownership of special projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Guide teams and projects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
You have
- 6+ years of experience as a EA/ Chief of Staff
- 2-4 years of experience ideally in a high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred
- Proven experience in an executive support role, with a preference for candidates who have also held strategic or leadership positions.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in office management tools and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Compensation description
Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $111K- $130K (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
