About the Role

As the Director of Revenue Enablement at Envoy you will own our enablement strategy, delivery, and success to drive increased performance across our GTM teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs aimed at optimizing the performance and success of our sales, customer success, and partner teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to effectively engage with customers, drive adoption, and achieve revenue targets. This position has one direct report and requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enabling teams to excel.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ office.

You will

  • Develop a holistic enablement strategy aligned with the Envoy’s objectives, sales methodologies, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with CRO, GTM leaders, Product, Marketing, and PMM to create and curate high-quality training materials, sales assets, playbooks, and resources tailored to various roles and stages of the customer journey.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and sessions utilizing a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and on-demand.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires across sales, customer success, and partner teams, ensuring a quick ramp period with clear results.
  • Implement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development, including certifications, skill assessments, and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Lead the revenue enablement team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enable their professional growth and success.
  • Establish & create assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the efficacy of onboarding content
  • Share cross-functional communications regarding the roadmap for the team, progress to goals, and impact of the program
  • Design, coordinate, produce, and host our annual Revenue Kick Off and bi-annual boot camps hosted in person at one of our offices

You have  

  • 7-10 years work experience in revenue enablement, including 5+ years of management in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in early stage, fast growing companies.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • The desire to work closely with your peers in our San Francisco Headquarters 3 days a week

Compensation description 

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $196,000-$231,000 (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
