Enviva is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Capital Projects and Construction group to support the day to day activities and grow with the projects team.
Assist with ongoing projects, including creating presentations, performing data mining to support decision making, and editing standards and procedures
Track and analyze project KPIs for leadership
Responsible for onboarding new employees, including updates to position specific onboarding process
Responsible for tracking all necessary software for project execution, contracts, renewals, costs, etc.
Manage and communicate management system updates for Capital Project team
Coordinate meetings with leadership and support groups
Prepare, review, proofread, and copyedit documents such as letters, contracts, spreadsheets, memos, and PowerPoint presentations
Manage schedule, travel, and expenses for VP of Construction and/or Construction related items
Maintain strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Work cross-functionally within the organization to drive special program reimbursements and annual insurance renewals for project milestones
Adapt well to changing plans and priorities
Maintain strict confidentiality standards
Able to work a flexible schedule as business dictates
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative and/or planning experience
Possess strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
