A Desktop Metal Brand

ETEC has long roots in the additive manufacturing industry. EnvisionTEC 3D printers, which are best known for extreme levels of accuracy and surface finish, have been leaders in the health care, dental, and medical industry since the company was founded in 2002. 

After Desktop Metal acquired EnvisionTEC in 2021, Desktop Health was launched to focus on health care, dental and medical customers. Now, ETEC is bringing its high-speed, polymer 3D printing solutions to consumer goods and industrial manufacturers. 

Today, ETEC is part of a growing portfolio of Desktop Metal brands focused on making Additive 2.0 a reality through mass production of end-use, high performance photopolymers.
