Job Description

Entera Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced volume-based Real Estate Agent, licensed in one or more of the locations listed below, to join our tech-enabled brokerage operations department. You will be an integral member of an industry-leading brokerage service team that supports the largest investors in the single-family residential space. Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class sales and sales execution services to Entera’s clients and become a customer service leader in the single-family residential industry
  • Leverage your expertise in the art of real estate negotiation - chase every offer, don’t leave money on the table, and deliver the highest closing rates 
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail throughout the transaction process and work towards maintaining the shortest closing process in a high-velocity environment. 
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of local real estate market conditions, trends, and various strategies for single-family residential investing.
  • Actively manage communications with internal teams, listing agents, buying agents, and Entera’s clients.
  • Suggest improvements for operational processes and technical systems as needed.
  • Manage internal administrative tasks, including information gathering, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate impeccable composure and integrity at all times
  • Be a team player and contribute to the team’s success

Who Are You

  • Licensing: You MUST have an active real estate license in one or more of the locations listed above with a proven track record of selling success in handling large volumes of transactions.
  • Experience: you MUST be able to show your direct involvement in at least 50 single-family residential transactions with no less than 20 buyer-represented during your RE career, preferably with experience in high-volume, fast-paced, and investor service-based environments.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, self-starter who wants to learn from the best in class and gain exposure to volume from industry leaders. 
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate markets and residential growth trends.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client experiences and a customer-advocate mindset.

  • Analytical Skills: Keen analytical abilities and attention to detail with a data-driven approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, innovative, and lean environment.
  • Technological Proficiency: Tech-savvy and comfortable using various technology tools, including MLS, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), DocuSign, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and similar technologies.
