The Role

The team is looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Entera team in the single-family residential real estate space. The team aims to provide hands-on support to our investor clients to dramatically improve their capability and scale in property discovery, underwriting, comping, and decision making using Entera’s state of the art technology. The team is responsible for profiling and refining investment goals as well as increasing acquisitions of targeted single-family residential properties on behalf of our investor clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily interactions with our clients regarding underwriting performance, current market conditions, and all relevant Entera technology
- Execute on Entera processes around data facilitation, planning, and resource allocation for accounts across multiple teams and company leaders
- Work closely with Account Management to develop strategic plans to help our clients reach deployment targets
- Lead a group of client success associates across multiple accounts to help improve performance of clients
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement business strategies in relation to clients
- Leads efforts in managing external relationships for newly onboarded clients
- Work closely with the program manager(s) to optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all customer success initiatives
- Maintain an great understanding of the Entera product and service to assist clients with questions and suggest the best consultation for their needs
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of client success and having a strong record of managing external relationships with clients
- Expertise in valuation of real estate with experience in single family preferred
- Strong experience navigating processes within larger organization to drive performance improvements and meeting client goals
- Demonstrates ability to lead small teams to execute against goals and tight deadlines
- Experience navigating complex relationships across multiple stakeholders to drive account wide success
- Demonstrates ability to proactively resolve problems both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written skills with a focus on long term external facing relationships
- Strong propensity in presentation development and skills
- Demonstrates ability to represent and promote brand
