Powered by machine-learning and 100% online, Entera’s end-to-end residential real estate platform modernizes the real estate buying process to help our clients access and evaluate more properties, scale their operations, make data-driven investment decisions, and win more often.

Entera's in rapid growth mode and in need of  Graduate Rotational Associate/Operations Associate with a passion for Real Estate who will be a part of Entera’s technology-enabled brokerage team. As a member of the team, you will strive to deliver industry-leading translation efficiency metrics and great service to our clients. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide best-in-class transaction services to Entera’s clients and become a customer service leader in the single family residential industry.
  • Deliver industry leading winning rates to Entera’s clients at high velocity everyday
  • Contribute to Entera’s market share growth and leadership in the single family residential investor space. 
  • Work closely with our clients to integrate Entera’s tool sets and increase their acquisition volume of single family residential properties
  • Monitor real estate trends and prepare market analysis (both internal and external)
  • Suggest improvement areas on operational processes and technical systems if/when identified.
  • Responsible for internal administrative work, such as information gathering, tracking, analysis, and reporting.   

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day preferred
  • Hold a Real Estate License (Active or Inactive) 
  • High energy, passion, and are action-oriented with a history of getting things done in complex, fast-moving environments. Successful in scrappy and entrepreneurial environments, with a drive to get things done.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral - and a sincere enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a data-driven mentality.
  • High degree of comfort learning new technologies
  • Experience with MLS, DocuSign, Google Suite, Microsoft Office or similar preferred.
