As Entelo’s Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for owning our full recruitment process across the United States to attract and hire passionate customer-centric teammates on our commercial and G&A teams.  You will be responsible for all steps of the process including collaborating on job description creation, driving candidate communication and engagement, streamlining interview cycles, and overseeing the offer process.  You will be challenged to own all of this while also providing an incredible candidate experience.  This role reports to the Director of People Operations and will be fully remote.

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand hiring needs and hire to fill those roles, building a pipeline of qualified candidates where appropriate.  Your focus will be on hiring for positions in our commercial and G&A teams and will not include engineering or technology roles.
  • Optimize our interview processes and internal workflows with a focus on great candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on creation and maintenance of job descriptions 
  • Post and manage openings on both internal and external job boards
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview plans and workflow
  • Source qualified candidates using Entelo’s powerful search tools and database, review resumes, and screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Coordinate all interviews between candidates and internal interview teams
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs among hiring team
  • Measure and report on recruiting key metrics and provide insights on recruiting pipeline and high level strategy
  • Provide backup and support for People Operations in employee onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and administrative tasks where needed


  • 3+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
  • Successfully deliver on deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platform.  Greenhouse and Entelo experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Boolean searches
  • Judgment and tact to maintain / disseminate data that is of a confidential or sensitive nature
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
