Job Description

At Ensemble, we’re looking for a Brand and Sponsorship Manager to help build the brand within the travel industry and with travel consumers. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will spearhead the development, execution, and management of comprehensive event, sponsorship, and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for the business. Responsibilities include orchestrating prospect and lead email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation across customer touchpoints, analyzing acquisition and retention strategies, and managing the industry calendar. This role requires collaborating with senior leadership, driving website development for lead generation and SEO, branding products and services, and overseeing industry-facing channels. The ideal candidate is an insights-driven marketer with a data-first approach, strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute and manage an event, sponsorship & marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals – including owning and executing prospect and lead email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect Ensemble’s brand value proposition. Developing the strategy on how it comes to life in events and sponsorship as well as in owned channels.
  • Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to inform your strategies.
  • Own and manage the industry calendar – including industry events, our events (internal and industry facing), partner events etc. Keeping this diligently updated
  • Ability to work with the senior leadership with ease and professionalism
  • Drive the development of the new websites, working with stakeholders with a focus on lead generation, SEO and customer acquisition.
  • Drive and develop branding of our products and services and create content and collateral to help drive interest in the brand and it’s services
  • Take ownership of our industry facing channels  – across email, affiliate marketing, social, influencer, newsletters, and other marketing channels
  • Ensure our customers get to their ‘aha’ moment quicker, keeping churn low and lifetime value increased.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience building brands, marketing plans and teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
  • Background in sponsorship marketing, brand and events
  • Fluency in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to objectives – and has used HubSpot or something similar.
  • Fluency in all social channels including Instagram, linkedin and tiktok on how to motivate interest in lead generation with strong ROI including a/b testing in paid media
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management.
  • Experience in the B2B and B2C space particularly tech sector and or start up world
  • In depth experience developing and executing marketing and event plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong working relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Strong communication skills: you can present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely across all levels within the organization.
  • Travel industry experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or other relevant post-secondary achievement.
