Position Summary
Enriched is seeking a highly motivated education leader to lead, improve and expand our impact across Dallas. This work will focus on:

• Cultivation: maintaining meaningful relationships with our fluid community of 100+ diverse educators; building upon and deepening these relationships with strategic creation and implementation of hands-on, nuanced strategies and consistent accessibility and follow up
• Recruitment: creating statewide strategy for and implementing efforts, in person and online, to identify and recruit highly qualified, mission-aligned educator candidates to join our community, resulting in significant growth in the size and quality of our talent network
• Screening: managing and executing all aspects of our educator selection process in Dallas, including but not limited to application review, phone interviews, sample lessons, information sessions, reference calls, observations, feedback calls and best fit role recommendations

• Cultivation: maintaining meaningful relationships with our community of 40+ diverse school sites; building upon and deepening relationships through strategic understanding of partner needs and areas for improved service delivery
• Growth: growing our network of school partners across Dallas

Additional responsibilities may include:
• Events: create and manage annual regional calendar, set vision for and execute monthly GE Meet Ups, Partner and GE appreciation strategies, and internal team events
• Regional Communication: creation of weekly newsletter, draft and deliver regional announcements in a variety of mediums
• Social Media: synthesize and draft regional posts highlighting regional successes or announcements

Therefore, first and foremost, this individual must be committed to the mission of Enriched Schools and eager to play an active, hands-on role in doing whatever it takes to grow and improve our model to effectively serve students and schools across Dallas.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of teaching/education experience
• Strong local network in education community across Dallas
• Demonstrated success launching and leading new initiatives, whether within existing organizations or creating new programs/ventures
• Demonstrated success recruiting top talent and creating communities that are united and compelled towards a shared vision
• Deep familiarity with and commitment to the local education community and robust network of relationships across diverse range of stakeholders in the region
• Relentlessly hard-worker
