What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of changes to Enova’s ServiceNow environment. You will also work on additional projects, applications and systems support in a team setting. As a senior engineer, you will help set the architectural direction and implement parts of system projects, while collaborating with other departments at Enova. 

Your core priorities will be to:

  • Design, implement changes, and support Enova’s ServiceNow environment
  • Work in a team environment, deploying and supporting corporate applications
  • Work with private cloud in a fast paced environment
  • Provide tier 2 support to Operations in a 24x7 on call environment

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of expertise with design and development in ServiceNow
  • Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub
  • Design and deployment of large-scale systems and services
  • Working knowledge of Network, DNS, and DHCP

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Okta, Infoblox, Veeam, Commvault, or Microsoft SCCM
  • Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience
  • Amazon Web Services or other cloud providers
  • Exposure to Microsoft enterprise solutions including LDAP/ Active Directory, DFS, and Group Policy
