About the Role

In this role, you'll drive the success of Small Business direct mail programs by managing data flows, campaign scheduling, and performance reporting. Your work will optimize campaigns, enhance targeting strategies, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams. You'll directly impact business growth by identifying trends and recommending strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of Small Business acquisition and portfolio direct mail programs, including data flows, performance reporting, campaign scheduling, and cost tracking.
  • Implement and monitor creative/targeting testing strategies, reporting performance to key stakeholders.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, recommending growth strategies and identifying data trends to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, including data and print vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments like BI/DS and marketing analytics to develop and maintain reporting, and drive overall success of programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing or Business roles (e.g., Strategy, Planning, Operations).
  • Self-starter and problem solver with critical thinking skills to improve processes and campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations; proficiency in Excel and visualization tools like is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create, follow, and communicate timelines effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across multiple functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Creative Teams, Vendor Partners).
  • Creative thinker capable of generating innovative solutions to customer challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of credit bureaus or CRA.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience in direct marketing.
