About the role:

Enova is currently searching for a data-driven marketer to join our Simplic marketing team. We are looking for an individual who values solving problems, continuous learning, and collaborating with colleagues across functions. This person will support the strategy and execution for our robust marketing channel mix including management of third party partnerships, email communications and website enhancements. This role is focused on driving customer growth, improving customer portfolio performance, and supporting product launches/changes to achieve Simplic’s business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with lead provider and affiliate counterparts through weekly status phone calls, weekly reporting exchanges, etc.
  • Providing reporting and analytical insights on campaign and channel performance. You will manipulate and analyze data in order to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed recommendations. 
  • Monitoring daily performance to identify new opportunities or problems that may arise. You’ll be successful in this role if you can think critically and dig deeper to improve processes and campaign performance.
  • Managing invoicing and partner payouts.
  • Managing campaigns – developing and implementing automated direct marketing and email campaigns within a CRM platform 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing or Business function (i.e. Strategy, Planning, Operations).
  • Strong proficiency with business-focused conversations in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Project Management Skills - You can develop, adhere to, and communicate reasonable timelines.
  • Proven skill in working across multiple and distinct functional organizations (e.g. Strategy & Operations, Analytics, creative teams, vendor partners etc.) in support of specific business priorities.
  • Are creative and think outside the box - The only constant in our industry is change. You love to brainstorm, generate new ideas, and bring creative, innovative solutions to the challenges our customers face every day.
