EnglishScore is an EdTech venture which is scaling rapidly as it becomes the global test and certificate of English for employment. Our mobile English test is used by millions around the world. As of 2024, two billion people are learning or speaking English to a useful level. That’s one in four people around the world.
We are growing fast in Indonesia, working with partners such as universities, government and employers. In this role you will help us research and initiate relationships with new customers. You will work closely with your team members including other Sales Development Representative, Sales Manager, Account Managers and regional/global team.

The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and organising qualified sales meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.
About You
• Our ideal candidate is someone with 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or sales-related activities.
• Experience working with universities or the higher education industry is preferable.
• Experience using a CRM tool (for example, HubSpot).
• High energy, high performing individual

• You must be very organised.
• You must be tech-savvy.
• You are goals-driven and deadline-conscious.
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in both English (minimum EnglishScore 500).
