Job Overview

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales presentations and the sales closing process with the contribution -or not- from our channel partners. You will work closely with them to establish and nurture relationships, generate marketing-qualified leads, create sales deals, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless collaboration between our company and the channel partners. You will also be in charge of conducting other B2B sales within EnglishScore’s identified key market segments.

 

Activities:

Your primary activities will include lead generation, delivering sales presentations, closing sales, fostering solid relationships with existing partners, developing joint business plans, and developing a strong sales pipeline to secure quarterly revenue. You will also be in charge of conducting other B2B sales within EnglishScore’s identified key market segments.

 

Channel Management:

  • Lead generation, sales presentations, closing sales.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Secure revenue and sales by creating a solid sales pipeline.
  • Conduct other B2B sales within EnglishScore’s identified key market segments.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Hunting: develop and implement an effective new business development sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell our products and services.
  • Execution: thorough deals follow-up. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Pitch and present EnglishScore’s products both within the network of the channel partner or to other potential B2B customers.
  • Generate your pipeline through cold calling, travelling, and emailing. Prospection is a big part of this role.
  • Market Analysis: conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats to our channel and new business sales strategy.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
  • Communicate regularly with channel partners to provide updates on products, promotions, and company initiatives.
