What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our Go To Market (Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations) teams, collaborating closely with the business to understand requirements and develop effective strategies that prioritize quality, efficiency, and results.
- Proactively source passive talent to create balanced, diverse pipelines that accurately reflect the total addressable market.
- Assess candidates’ interest, adaptability, and potential to thrive in a dynamic, open-source culture that values collaboration, transparency, innovation, and autonomy, while focusing on delivering results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Build quality relationships with candidates throughout the candidate journey, leveraging timely communication while representing Engine DNA
- Leverage key metrics and recruitment best practices to make data-driven decisions, advising hiring managers and collaborating with the broader TA team, while effectively influencing stakeholders to align on recruitment strategies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to raise the bar and elevate our brand by identifying industry best practices, assessing competitors, and cultivating valuable networks and partnerships.
What Drives Your Success:
- Proven experience recruiting Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations professionals at all levels, while creating a diverse pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting passive top sales talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Focused on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with a strong sense of urgency
- Adaptability and high learning agility with an openness to new tools and technologies
- Strong contributor to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
