Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Own and execute the paid social strategy, optimizing for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation, leveraging ABM lists, SMB targeting, and intent data to reach high-value prospects.
- Test and optimize creative, messaging, and formats across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Partner with the growth, product, and sales teams to align social campaigns with ABM and PLG strategies.
- Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with our target audiences.
- Work closely with the organic social manager to identify and repurpose high-performing UGC, customer stories, and community-driven content for paid amplification.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS), providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experiment with new tactics, including video, interactive ads, influencer collaborations, and emerging ad formats.
- Contribute to broader marketing experimentation, exploring new channels, retargeting strategies, and audience growth tactics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes to keep our paid social efforts competitive and innovative.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid social marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Skills: You’re a problem-solver with Proven success in ABM, SMB acquisition, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’re fluent in LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube, and have experience working with first-party data, intent-based targeting, and audience segmentation
- Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
Cash compensation: The range in base salary for this role is 120,000- 150,000 with upside potential based on performance. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
