Your Mission:
At Engine, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the business travel space. We’re looking for a passionate product manager to drive transformation and deliver seamless experiences that impact our customers. Here’s how you’ll make your mark:

  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Take the reins in crafting bold, game-changing strategies that revolutionize large-scale travel bookings, simplify financial integrations, and elevate our partner ecosystem to new heights.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bring high energy and a strong perspective, confidently challenging assumptions to inspire, influence, and drive the best customer outcomes. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to uncover new opportunities, refine ideas, and deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
  • Drive High-Impact Projects: Be a mastermind behind the end-to-end development of cutting-edge platform capabilities, APIs, and automation tools that scale effortlessly while delivering real value.
  • Harness Data & Customer Insights: Dive deep into data, leverage A/B testing, and gather valuable user feedback to make smart, informed decisions that continually enhance user experiences and fuel product innovation.
  • Scale with Purpose: Drive strategies that enhance user trust, simplify payment experiences, and optimize marketplace dynamics, ensuring our platform evolves seamlessly to support a growing and diverse user base.
  • Move Fast & Drive Growth: Embrace a growth mindset, rapidly iterating on ideas and strategies to drive business impact. Balance speed and precision to unlock new revenue opportunities, optimize conversion, and expand our market presence while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering customer value.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We're looking for a driven, forward-thinking product manager who’s ready to dive into exciting challenges and make a lasting impact. If you're ready to grow with us, here's what we need:

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on product management experience, particularly in marketplace platforms, fintech, or large-scale travel systems, with a proven track record of building and launching customer-facing products with intuitive UI/UX that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Skills: You’re a driven problem-solver with a proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Mindset: You’re a decisive, high-energy driver who thrives in fast-paced environments, influencing teams and pushing forward with conviction. You balance a strong point of view with cross-functional collaboration to drive impact, execute effectively, and deliver results that move the business forward.

Cash compensation: The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $250,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.
