Due to our recent growth and patient demand, Engage has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Salem, NH.
New to geriatrics? Engage offers a specialized mentorship program to ensure long lasting professional success in this care setting.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will determine appropriate care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. You will create and implement unique treatment plans for the patient’s current level of functioning as well as potential improvement, while demonstrating superior clinical judgment.

About You
- Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy
- Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy
- Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting
- Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
- Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages
- Drive to continually learn and grow
