There is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to provide operational excellence and to grow with our business. We are looking for a highly capable person with that rare mix of customer-service and detail-orientation to join our Sales and Customer Success Operations team. This position is charged with supporting our Advisory Solutions Sales and Customer Success teams. Success will require learning our internal processes across each solution line, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer-facing teams by bring that expertise to bear. Over time, this position will identify and improve aspects of our operations.
Provide high-quality support for sale and renewal transactions through responsiveness and knowledge of our contracting, systems and sales processes
Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards for customer-facing teams to ensure they can effectively manage their business
Support projects to improve systems and processes, such as testing of IT developments and designing user interfaces for customer-facing teams
Maintain specific tools and systems and the underlying data quality, so these remain effective for use by our customer-facing teams
Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their day-to-day and use that to inform your work of ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness
BA/BS degree, business or technical degree
0-3 years of experience in operations, go-to-market functions and/or customer-facing roles
Detail-orientation, tenacity and excellent self-organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; exceptional listening skills
Excellent customer-service orientation; builds relationships with internal customers through quality of work and skill of working with others
Works well under pressure – managing customer expectations, time constraints and competitive situations
Ability to work well with other internal functions to ensure effective handoffs in our operations
Experience with Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint a plus
