Associate Project Manager – Customer Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the project management team’s mission to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers
  • Provide support on onboarding activities including data collection, reporting, and change orders
  • Deliver regular project status reporting to provide a high degree of transparency on schedules and risks
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to initiate improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Manage internal workflow for hardware installations
  • Lead customer facing demand response software training sessions
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve operations, mitigate risks and take advantage of emerging opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with analytical, quantitative, business, or technical focus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority activities simultaneously
  • Outstanding teamwork and flexibility
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Creative thought leadership with record of turning ideas into action
  • Ability to drive efficiency gains through process improvement and automation

  • Experience in distributed energy resources or energy engineering a plus
