 Purpose of the Job

Our largest team is in Hyderabad and supports our New Zealand team and customers. You’ll be supporting our recruitment growth and advisory support for managers. We value our culture so our candidate. And, employee experience is where you’ll make an impact bringing our purpose led culture to life.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Bring to life our culture through creative attractive strategies and great recruitment experiences 
  • Employee life cycle management: Support our employee experience through the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding and beyond.
  • HR technology: The systems administration and continuous improvement of our SaaS people technology (Hibob HRIS and Greenhouse ATS).
  • People advisory: Provide timely and prudent advice to managers and employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Management of events which create excitement and drive engagement. 
  • Internal communications: Creating and implementing creative and engaging employee communications and employer brand content.
  • Payroll support: Work with the Business Partner and accounts team for payroll inputs and related activities. (as and when required).
  • Project coordination: Work with the Culture team to improve our employee experience and deliver on our global Culture strategy. These projects scan the whole people operations spectrum, including systems and technology, policies, remuneration and benefits, change management, recruitment, and improvements to our ways of working. 

 Desired Skills

  • 5+ years in a role with HR generalist experience (this involves 60% IT and non IT recruitment) along with HR operations and skills mentioned below are great to have.
  • Great attitude with a willingness to do the work and ‘get stuck in’, proactive and go above and beyond at the call of duty.
  • Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and ability to work confidently across levels and cultures.
  • Experience in hiring for technology roles and  experience as HR generalist
  • As the go-to person managing our recruitment system and HRIS you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running picking up new systems, processes and technologies. (someone having worked on HRIS tools like Hi bob and Greenhouse ATS is an added advantage)
  • Innovation and creativity, capability to think outside the box to deliver our unique employer brand through social media in candidate experience. 
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.

Qualifications required:

  • PGDM - HR/ MBA - HR / or equivalent from a recognized university/ B-school
  • 5+years of experience in HR generalist role
