Whether in our office in Exton Pa, or in a coworking space/out in their local area. Currently we are looking for Account Executives in the Eastern and Mountain time zones. This role is available for remote work in a variety of locations with some exclusions:

Your Mission As Account Executive for our Team:

As an Account Executive for the Mid Market team, you will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of Energage’s culture-focused customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Accountability & Impact of Role:

  • Support organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program to launch a successful employee survey and ensure a positive experience throughout the process
  • Communicate survey results to participating organizations, whether or not they are named a Top Workplace
  • Determine client needs for data and provide helpful information about the results packages that meet those needs
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and encourage organizations to continue their culture path through the use of our software products and services
  • You must be able to think beyond a quick transactional sale and to listen for customers challenges than design a plan to help solve their problems
  • You will be doing prospecting into your customer base, we will provide leads through our SDR function, additional prospecting a navigation named accounts will be your responsibility 

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Relevant inside sales and/or field sales experience
  • A strong desire to help clients improve workplace culture
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite and modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Proven Success - you hate to lose and hold yourself accountable to exceeding your personal targets regardless of what your quota is
  • Passion for Service - a true sales professional that understands selling is serving and knows that by putting your customer first, your sales success will follow
  • Data-driven - you understand what makes you and your customers successful and seeks to replicate
  • Come to work prepared and ready to make today better than yesterday.  You’re not waiting for your manager or others to set the tone
  • Seek to communicate effectively in whichever channel your customer prefers (email, phone, video, social, chat, text, etc.)
  • Realize that life is short and does not take themselves too seriously; you seek to have fun and be a part of a community
  • A willingness to be a helpful, open-minded, and valuable team member

Compensation for the Role: 

  • Annual Base salary of 60,000 
  • Annual at risk compensation of 60,000 based on individual performance.
    • Performance measured by attainment of monthly quota of 60,000 
  • Training bonus for ramp period
