What you'll do:

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including preparing and reviewing journal entries as well as balance sheet account reconciliations requiring a detailed knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Help maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers
  • Collect and analyze data as requested
  • Identify any weaknesses in internal controls and assist in developing potential policies/procedures improvements to strengthen these controls
  • Interface with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and management. Assist with internal and external audit requests in a timely manner
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred
  • Enthusiastic individual driven to continuously learn and strive for excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highest standards of accuracy, organization and precision
  • Unquestionable integrity and personal ethics
  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task and work to deadlines
